A lawn that looks the same every visit takes a plan with a set cadence. Magnolia's agrees the visit frequency with the homeowner before the first mow: weekly or biweekly, based on the property's growth rate and the season.
Every visit runs the same checklist:
- Mowing at a consistent height
- Edging along beds and walkways
- String trimming around trees, fences, and obstacles the mower cannot reach
Omar scopes the plan himself and stays the point of contact if anything needs to change mid-season.
Omar holds the cadence through the growing season and eases it as growth slows over a Middle Tennessee winter. A property that has gone ragged from a missed season is brought back under the plan with an initial catch-up visit, scoped honestly before the regular cadence starts.
What this plan does not include.
Recurring lawn care at Magnolia's is mowing, edging, and string trimming only.
- Fertilizer, herbicide, and pesticide programs: not part of this plan and not offered at all. Chemical lawn applications require a Tennessee applicator charter license, which Magnolia's does not hold. A homeowner who needs a weed or fertilizer program should use a licensed applicator for that piece and Magnolia's for the mowing cadence around it.
