A lawn that looks the same every visit takes a plan with a set cadence. Magnolia's agrees the visit frequency with the homeowner before the first mow: weekly or biweekly, based on the property's growth rate and the season.

Every visit runs the same checklist:

Mowing at a consistent height
Edging along beds and walkways
String trimming around trees, fences, and obstacles the mower cannot reach
