I'm Omar, and Magnolia's is my business
I'm Omar Ortiz. I started Magnolia's Landscapers in 2022, and I've spent the last 4 years taking care of yards around Franklin, Tennessee myself.
When you hire Magnolia's, I'm the one who answers the phone, walks your property, writes the estimate, and shows up to do the work, in English or Spanish. There's no dispatcher and no rotating crew of strangers between you and me.
I'd rather do a few things really well than promise everything. So I stick to what I know: recurring lawn care, planting and mulch beds, seasonal and storm cleanup, and small walkway and paver projects. If you need something outside that, I'll tell you straight and likely refer someone who can help.
My goal is simple: a yard you're proud of, and a landscaper you can actually reach.
What I do
The work I take on
- Recurring lawn maintenance, on a schedule we set together
- Planting, mulch beds, sod, and bed design
- Seasonal and storm cleanup
- Small walkways and paver paths
What I'll refer out
What I won't pretend to do
- Large tree removal
- Irrigation system install or repair
- Fertilizer, herbicide, or pesticide (that needs a Tennessee applicator license I don't hold)
- Large hardscape like patios, retaining walls, or outdoor kitchens
For any of those, I'll likely refer someone who can help.
