A clean, level walkway or paver path, scoped honestly up front and built to last.
Magnolia's Landscapers installs walkways and small paver projects: stepping-stone paths, front-entry walks, and garden paths sized to a single residential property. Every path here has been laid by Omar Ortiz personally, across 4 years of small-project hardscape work in the Franklin area. Patios, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens are not offered; this is small-project hardscape only.

A walkway or paver job goes wrong for Franklin homeowners in one of two ways.
The first is dishonest scoping: the contractor never scopes the job honestly up front, so a simple stepping-stone path turns into a change-order spiral once pavers and base material are already ordered.
The second is skipped installation steps: the crew skips the parts of the job nobody sees, the compacted base, the bedding sand, the edge restraint, so the path heaves and settles unevenly within a season or two.
Magnolia's stays in one lane: walkways and small paver projects, scoped and installed by Omar directly. A stepping-stone path through a side yard, a paver walk from the driveway to the front door, a short garden path connecting two beds: these are the jobs Magnolia's takes on. The scope is agreed in person, in English or Spanish, before any material is ordered, so the homeowner knows exactly what the finished path will look like and where it will run.
The honest-scope statement. Magnolia's does not build patios, retaining walls, or outdoor kitchens. These are large hardscape builds that call for excavation, drainage planning, and structural work outside a small-project scope. A homeowner who needs a patio or a retaining wall needs a hardscape contractor built around that scale of work; Magnolia's says so plainly at the scope walk rather than quoting a build it is not set up for.
What the installation actually involves. Every walkway starts with excavation to a consistent depth and a compacted gravel base. A leveled bedding layer goes on top, and the pavers or stepping stones are set to a true line with edge restraint so the path does not spread over time. The work follows standard compacted-base practice rather than shortcutting straight to pavers on bare soil; in Omar's experience, skipping the compacted base is the failure he sees most often in a rushed installation.
Timing. Omar schedules paver and stepping-stone work around the drier stretches where he can, since, in his experience, a solid compacted base is harder to get when the soil is saturated. He scopes each job's timing on the walkthrough rather than promising a generic install window.
